Suspension, cancellation and termination of a cloud server

Last updated on Sep 18, 2026

If an invoice is overdue

  • 7 days after the due date, the server is suspended: it is stopped and locked, and the Client Area actions are unavailable. Your data and IP address are kept.
  • As soon as the invoice is paid, the server is unsuspended and started automatically.
  • 45 days after the due date, an unpaid server is terminated (see below).

Cancelling a server

  1. Open the server in the Client Area.
  2. Click Request Cancellation.
  3. Choose End of billing period (the server keeps running until the paid period ends) or Immediate, and confirm.

Back up any data you want to keep before the server is terminated.

What termination does

When a server is terminated, it is stopped and a final copy (snapshot) is taken. The server is then deleted, and its public IP addresses are released and may be given to another customer.

We keep the snapshot for 30 days under our data retention policy. If you need your server back, open a support ticket within 30 days of termination and we can restore it. A restore costs one month of your plan's price, on top of the price of the new service.

After 30 days the snapshot is deleted permanently and the server cannot be recovered.
