Megabit Cloud servers run on the GCI Platform. To build a server for you, we need a verified Gewape ID and your own space on the platform. You only do this once.
What is a Gewape ID?
Your Gewape ID is the account you use to sign in to the Megabit Cloud Client Area and to the GCI Platform. It uses your email address, so use the same email address for your Megabit Cloud account and your Gewape ID.
Get ready in two steps
- Verify your Gewape ID. Complete the identity check at portal.gewapecloud.com. We review it and let you know when it is approved.
- Sign in to the GCI Platform once. When your Gewape ID is approved, sign in at platform.gewape.cloud. Your first sign-in creates the space where your servers will run.
What if I have already ordered?
You do not need to order again. If your order is paid before these steps are done, we email you what to do, and your server shows "Your server is being set up" in the Client Area. As soon as you have signed in to the GCI Platform once, we build your server automatically within a few minutes and email you when it is ready.
