How to delete a folder from a mailbox

Please follow these steps to delete a folder from your 
mailbox:
 
Step 1: Navigate to Settings in your webmail account, then select Folders
Step 2: Choose the folder you wish to delete by clicking on it; it will be highlighted. 
Step 3: Disable the toggle button for the selected folder. 
Step 4: Once the toggle is turned off, several action buttons will appear at the top, including:

  • Delete
  • Create
  • Empty

Kindly click the Delete button to permanently remove the folder.
 
Please note the following important points:

  • Deleting a folder will also remove all emails contained within it.
  • It is advisable to back up any important emails before proceeding with deletion.
  • System folders such as Inbox, Sent, Drafts, and Trash are typically protected and cannot be deleted.
